Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on Thursday 10th April.
Loved Wife and Partner of Gary for 45 years. Loved and devoted mother to Cheryl and the late Donna. Missed and special sister of Julie and Roger (Kett) and John and Nicola (Pitt).
Much loved sister in-law to the Burdon family. Loved and treasured Aunty Sue Sue to many.
“She’s gone, but she’s not alone. Donna was waiting”.
A celebration of Sue’s life will be held on at the Springlands Chapel, Cloudy Bay Funeral Services,
15 Boyce Street, Blenheim on Thursday 17th April at 10am followed by private cremation.

I first met Sue when she was working at the Resene paint shop as I was friends with her daughter Donna. When she was working at Millers, I would try and be her customer. Recently I got to catch up with her at the big open day at Brayshaw Park where she was with the other ladies doing embroidery in the old church building there. She told me what her daughter Cheryl was up to and where she was now living. I showed her my great great grandparents names on one of the windows. Enjoy your eternal rest and give Donna a big hug for me
