Farewell Lynette. I shall miss your phone calls to catch up on local news. I was not able to contact you in the past month for whatever reason, I know you were busy. You would be delighted to know I have another little dog now, called Scotty. I hope that you managed to have a dram or two of the Waitui whisky xx. Rest in Peace dear cousin ❤️.

Deepest sympathy for Lynette’s family. We were shocked and saddened to hear of her passing last weekend.
Met her last February at Christchurch Airport whilst waiting for our flight to Australia and shared a lovely couple of
hours with her. Fully thought we’d be catching up with her again in the New Year.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you on Friday xx. 🙏

Dear Lyn, you were a great favourite of Mum and Dad’s (Betty & Rex Smith) and such a lovely person, caring to all.
I will miss your hugs. There will be a huge gap now in your family’s lives, but special memories remain always.
Much love to you all. ❤️

We have been so shocked and so very upset about Lyns passing. She was a wonderful, kind-hearted, and fun friend and neighbour. She brought joy to everyone she met and chatted to. We will miss her waves from the lounge window as the boys and I scooted to school in the morning, her wonderful hugs and chats, and seeing her beautiful garden in bloom.
