It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jill on March 31, 2025, in her 91st year.
Dearly loved wife of the late Ian and a much-loved mum and mother-in-law of Marcus and Rose (Auckland); Coralie and Robin Holdaway (Blenheim); Michelle and Dave (Waikato); Cameron (Blenheim)
and the late William. A cherished grandmother to her 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren;
a loved sister, sister-in-law and aunty.

Flowers respectfully declined. A celebration of Jill’s life will be held at the Springlands Chapel, Cloudy Bay Funeral Services, 15 Boyce Street on Friday 4 April at 2.00pm followed by private cremation.

coming home on leave in uniform. Reunited when she came back to Waiuku.

Thank you for giving a wonderful send off to a very special friend of ours. We were privileged to be your friend and will miss you and think of you and your family and friends. Marcus and Rose are, and will be good friends of ours for many years and we have had the privilege of meeting Cameron and both Marcus's daughters. A nicer family you will never meet. Our thoughts are with family and friends at this very sad time.
