Jenny Hodson
Passed away at Hospice Marlborough after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family, aged 70 years.
A loved wife of the late Gary Hodson. An adored mother of Trina and Shane, Hayden, and Nikki and Jim.

A Celebration of Jenny’s life will be held at the Springlands Chapel, Cloudy Bay Funeral Services,
15 Boyce Street Blenheim on Friday 23 January at 1.00pm, followed by private cremation.

Trina, Hayden, Nikki. I really don't know what to say, she was the most giving and loving person, helping whenever she could, always with a smile, big smile on her face, I loved going to housie with her or playing cards at her place.

Just the other week I met you and your family at Countdown, I'm glad that I got that last chance to say Hi and hug you, not knowing that was our last goodbye. Thank you for always looking after me when I was new to Redwood.

Sadly I can't make your farewell Jenny as I'm stuck in hospital. I'm pleased I got to see you a few times before you passed and it will be your smile I will remember. I wish to pass on condolences to all the family and Jenny we all have different beliefs on what happens to us when we pass but I'm more spiritual and believe that good souls like yours still always remind us in special ways.
