Sorry we were unable to make the trip to farewell Colin today. Our thought are with him and the family. My memories of Colin (& Nona) go back a long way starting with a visit to the Miller home in Renwick when I was a young boy. Colin had significant influence on my life as I was growing up. Spending time around the dinner table with him & Nona & Mum we were treated to his charm, humour & amazing story telling ability. As I got older he introduced me to the charm of the Grosvenor which was not always met with like charm when we arrived home late for dinner. He was always ready to give help and he rescued me on more than one occasion!
Thank you Colin for all you did for me and for your natural care, humour and zest for life. You always made people feel welcome. Rest in peace and our thoughts are with Janice, Paul, Graeme, Allan and their families.
Our love to you all

We are so sorry we wont be there with you all to day but will join with you on live stream for Colins service.
How many tales could we tell about Colin and of course the brothers. If Noel was late home at night for dinner I knew who he was with not always knowing where he was. They were like magnets and best mates. Colin will be missed by his family and many friends. Noel and I wont now have to wave to the big 747s flying over Surfers Paradise?
Thinking of you Janice Paul Graham Allan and your families.
Lots love from Noel Francie Lee Mick and boys.
