Aunty Bev, thank you for our wonderful memories over the years. I remember you as a loving caring person,
proud of your children and devoted to your family. Knowing that when we popped in unannounced,
there would always be a cuppa and fresh baking to enjoy with you and Uncle George.
I also respect the great faith you had, and your service to the church that you did so freely.
We will miss you heaps.
Love David and Jenni and family. xx

I was so saddened to hear of Bev’s passing. I had the privilege of working with her at Uptown Preschool,
where she touched the lives of so many children and families through her kindness, warmth, and genuine care.
She was such a special person who made every child feel safe, valued, and loved.
Over the years I would often run into Bev at the supermarket and always think to myself how this gorgeous woman never seemed to age. She had such a beautiful energy and presence that stayed with people long after seeing her.
Bev leaves behind a wonderful legacy through the many children, families, and colleagues whose lives
she influenced so positively.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by so many.

I was very saddened to hear of Bev's passing. Our children attended Uptown Preschool many years ago where they had the privilege of being cared for by the lovely Bev. Over the years, when I saw Bev, she was always lovely to talk to and interested in our family. Her lovely warm smile and gentle nature will be missed.

To Mr Eaton and all the Eaton Family, I was saddened to hear about Mrs Eaton's sudden passing. I remember her as a wonderful quite person who never forgot my name even after being away from Blenheim for thirty years. I attended the service today via the life stream and the feeling of love from you all was strong and deep. I spoke last night with my cousin Teresa ( Harris) and remembered many of her kind ways as we were growing up. Blessings on you all as you adjust to her being with her Lord, as she lives on in all your hearts. May you receive the strength and peace you all need in the following days.
With love,
Dianne MacDonald (Harris)

Dear George, Margaret, Karen, Debbie and families.
I was so very sorry to hear of Bev's passing and send my deepest, heartfelt sympathy.
I have very fond memories of briefly working alongside Bev at Uptown,
then as part of the BECC team when I worked at John St.
I felt her passion was the under Twos and I remember her being such an inspiration as she was so calm, patient, respectful and caring no mater what the needs of the child were.
She was also the same with her colleagues and the parents.
I also remember Bev through my other Early Childhood support roles where she always greeted everyone with a smile, true warmth, positiveness and kindness.
Even catching up on the street she was the same genuine, warm, caring person and always showed an interest in what was happening in your life with work and family.
She was truly a wonderful Lady and will be missed by everyone who has had the privilege of meeting her.
Bev's service was definitely a testament to how much she was loved and will be missed.
Although now gone, not forgotten
Rest in peace Bev
